Help ^^; Please Empty Help ^^; Please

I downloaded everything...
then downloaded the three things : the npc fix, neuz.ini, and loader.bat
then i load the loader.bat
it comes up for a split second then dissapears
then nothing happens..
help please T-T


i've noticed... that the ip address in nuez.ini is a web address...

you need the neuz_GG and the new launcher
