Error in Downloads

I download the files but the loader.bat is downloaded as loader.txt and the neuz.ini is downloaded as .txt as well. Please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

Well clearly it does because you cannot execute a loader.bat.txt file. You need an executable batch file to load the files downloaded into the gpotato/flyff folder. So yes, it does matter, and I'm simply looking for a way to get the download file to be a .bat so I can run the server.

I tried renaming it and opening it with command prompt but it simply doesn't work. I tried to open the files with a loader from a different private server download but it gets to the login page and then says that I cannot connect to the network.

And if I am doing it properly and the server is indeed just offline, how will I know when it is back online?? The main page of the website says it is up yes everytime I attempt to log in it says that the server is offline.
