Whats with the XP Rates?! Empty Whats with the XP Rates?!

i played on this server and i thougt that 4000x xp is more than 57% from an aibatt because i played on other servers with 300x XP and ther i got 6 lvl ups from an aibatt, so whats going on with the xp??
