Can't Connect Empty Can't Connect

Hi, I have loaded everything as told but when I try to log in it always says " cannot connect to the game. Please check network". The network status is online. I have reinstalled many times and still get the same message...am I doing something wrong? Your guidance would be very much appreciated. Thank you. flower
